Garden Fair is a family-friendly community event that has become a highly anticipated annual gathering for viewing and buying the latest tools and accessories for residential landscaping, plus flowers galore, special horticultural presentations, floral design demonstrations, children’s plant activities, and food trucks to satisfy your appetite and quench your thirst. Visitors will also have the opportunity to learn directly from local gardening experts.

Our location at Protegrity Place on Wekiva Springs Road, off SR 434 in Longwood, offers a roomy, partially shady site with great visibility and plenty of free parking.

Business sponsors are welcome; we accept various food, plants, crafts, and other vendors.

BE A SPONSOR, VENDOR, FRIEND or DONOR.

Sponsors and Friends of Garden Fair demonstrate their commitment to our community with donations to make everything happen. Since the inception of the SWOGC Garden Fair in 2005, more than $160,000 in scholarships have been awarded to the University of Florida horticulture students located at the Mid-Florida Research & Education Center in Apopka and student campers at Florida Federation of Garden Clubs Wekiva Youth Camp.

We are also proud to be one of the few organizations to offer scholarships to part-time students studying in fields that align with our club’s focus on horticulture, conservation, and environmental needs. Many of our UF students are studying towards their doctorate in their field. They are the decision-makers and the future of our ever-changing world.
